Yes,we already calibrate scale and testing all part befor shipment,then it can use working directly after install.

You can contact through sales to feedback to JINMAI technical center department to get prompt service for repair and calibration.

4. What is warranty of your truck scale/weighbridge?

Three years for Crane scale structure,and 1 years for component part.

5. What should I do after installation?

You should drive a truck on scale to testing and commissioning if accuracy.

6. When we need calibrate scale?

When you replace new indicator and new load cell,and found the big different error while weighing,then it need calibrate again to ensure accuracy weighing.
